1. GRAIN
We use Australian grown and malted grain for our base malt.
We're not going to confuse you with beers like a "dark, sour, IPA with a citris aroma", but we're getting back to basics.
Brewing great beer is what we're all about.

We use Australian grown and malted grain for our base malt.
A combination of different malts are milled, not like flour, but just cracked enough to allow water to extract the sugars. This is called a "malt bill".
Adding the malt into the Mash Tun is called "Mashing In"
The boiling process is where hops are added, early additions are where the bitterness in beer comes from. Late additions will offer more flavour. This sweet liquid is called "wort".
This is where all the hard work pays off, the wort becomes alcoholic and it’s now called beer.
After fermentation the Beer is carbonated and then Kegged. Then there's only one thing left to do!
